Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, several reviews noted that the rooms were smaller than expected, and a recurring issue was the elevator being out of order, which made accessing higher floors with luggage difficult. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and value for price were appreciated by most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
