Pros: Location - maybe 10 min walk to NAgoya JR Station along main road. A tonkatsu resto is nearby for late late dinner. Good size, fully equipped kitchen n dining Bunkbed has privacy curtains, own lights and outlet. FAce cleanser, toner, lotion provided on top of usual shampoo n conditioner. Separate toilet n bath areas for female n males.

Cons: Dorm room for 6 does not have enough floor space for opening luggage. No elevator. Pay Y100 for bath towel.

Pros: The vibe of the property, the staff etc., made you feel very welcome throughout the stay. While away from the station, it was still convenient to walk to in a short time. Downstairs is a cafe, but when I return in the evening it was a nice place to hang out and chat with whomever. The box was as expected, small but comfortable with enough room to keep my travel bag inside as well. I like that you have control of the airflow into the box. Volunteer staff stay up very late which is great if you need something. They are very quiet so they won’t keep you awake. The kitchen is small but well stocked. The common area is also a nice place to hangout. Everything was clean and tidy. A great place to stay.

The common area is also a nice place to hangout. Everything was clean and tidy. A great place to stay.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that each shower need somewhere within arms distance from the shower to hang your towel.

Pros: I have stayed there multiple times, the location is conveniently located very close to Nagoya station, there's a convenience store nearby, lots of good restaurants and bars around. The coin laundry is always helpful.
Cons: Being in the top corner location of the bunk bed, I personally didn't like it, I'm a big guy and it was quite a struggle to try and get down from bunk bed in a very tight space. Plus the guy below was eating his food in the bunk which stank up our area of the floor Plus there's no more male dormitory, it's now either mixed and female dorm.

Cons: The bed was like a rock and too small for my body. I've stayed in many hostels before, sleep on the floor at home and tried various sleeping places like camping in the mountains and in boats. Something about the cott was not comfortable at all. I was too long for the bed as well (181cm). I think it cuts off around 175cm? Being on the second bunk with my feet sticking out was a little uncomfortable.

Pros: I really enjoy staying to this hostel is very accessible to the area around sakae and nearby to the popular spot! This is really close to the station. The hostel is good they do have a free breakfast! Tho the closing of the hostel is too early 22:00 but normally the flight is 8pm. You really need to be there at 10. Perfect for solo one! ❤️ You might wanna consider this hostel!

Cons: The bed was noisy and the walls too thin - you can hear your neighbors and the people in the street. The dryer doesn't dry enough. Breakfast is very basic.

Cons: Unfortunately there were only very few guests here, while I was staying there and some of them were quite uncomfortably loud, skyping at a really loud volume in the common areas.

Cons: The shower wasn't very clean and the neighborhood was the sketchiest I've seen during my two weeks in Japan, but coming from eastern Europe is was nothing to worry about lol. Also, in order to reach common room and showers from the dorm you have to use stairs which are open to the street and quite cold, it was a bit inconvenient.

Cons: It is hard to bring big luggages up in the wooden stairs going to the second floor (no elevator). The bathroom in the second floor has old style Japanese toilet but they have western one on 1F. There is only 2 bathrooms so need to wake up early to be first. Also, lights in the room seems dark.
