I emailed the property 4 times to request a late check in and they did not respond. We got to our room at 1.00am ready for a shower but there were no towels. We were asked if we could manage without towels as housekeeping were not available. We were then given a bath mat and slippers. We asked if they could get towels from another room, which they did.
