Pros (+) Quick easy check in. Clean. Small but had everything we needed. Good hot breakfast.

Cons (-) the rooms were SMALL, and very noise. I could here EVERYTHING going on in the next room (intercourse) and everyone that walked down the halls. The breakfast was substandard, I don't expect much but this one was a big disappointment.
Pros (+) The price was unbeatable, location was ideal being close to CMU, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
Cons (-) My room was near the road, so it was a little noisey. Being a microtel there was not a lot of soundproofing between the walls too. Nothing major, would definitely stay there again.
Pros (+) Price was low compared to others in the area, Location was good, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Biggest issue was the facilities for the free breakfast, there were about 4 tables that would seat 2/3 people each . Ended up going to the restaurant across the street. Should have paid a little more for one of the other similar places near by in the end would have been cheaper.
Pros (+) Various hot and cold breakfast items. Cleanlness. Comfortable bed for me; not particularly for my daughter.
Cons (-) Little work space except for the bed and the carpeted window seat. No easy chair, but no room for one. Otherwise, adequate for our needs.

Pros (+) Has all facilities one might need, and which are found in an expensive hotel. I was on a business trip and the stay was more than satisfying. I am not sure if they have gym and pool.
