Pros (+) Location.
Cons (-) It was loud. There is a restaurant underneath the hotel and sometimes people go out for a smoke. The smoke would go into the room.

Pros (+) Staff is wonderful, little kitchen and balcony in the cheapest room were a great surprise.
Cons (-) Cleaning staff vacuuming nearby rooms at 9am was a little loud, but not a deal breaker by any means
