Pros (+) For about $60/night you can't really ask for much. Everything was dated, but clean. Breakfast was subpar. Very friendly staff.
Pros (+) Clean beds and comfortable pillows. Room overall was nice and clean
Cons (-) Air conditioner ran all night and never cooled down. Sure it just needed maintenance though. Also strange odor in the "lobby".
