Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Rooms very clean. Location good. Outside areas spotlessly clean and maids etc very polite.
Air-conditioning was broken and not fixed in our 10 day stay. We reported it daily. Juan and Jesus on reception were very rude. Juan in particular. Had to sleep with the window open but was disturbed by people in hottubs at 3 or 4 in the morning.I I was actually shouted at down the phone when asking something from reception . Arranged a courtesy room for the last day and when went to check out was informed very rudely that we couldn't have one. Their attitude was not good customer service. Did not expect to be shouted at and tutted at when asking for a taxi at 9 pm when he was sitting in the restaurant eating on duty!!

Location, close to the beach and the yumbo Centre. Nice pool area and sunbeds.
Jucuzzi area was closed off for the first 2 days even though we had a suite, found the man at breakfast rude when he told us our room number didn't exist.

Very clean hotel in perfect location. Closed to the beach (you can use the lift to avoid the stairs to the beach). Rooms clean and tidy, towels and roomed cleaned every day (very friendly cleaning staff). Very good selection of food. Great breakfasts and dinners. I’m very picky when it comes to food and I don’t eat most of the things and when I saw sea food and lamb leg I could still managed to find something nice to eat. Chicken dishes were very nice and desserts were amazing. (Never had so much cakes etc in my life as during the stay in Anamar). Nice swimming pool and sun beds. Free WiFi.
Nothing major to complain to be honest. They could speed up the lift as it was doing our head some days but apart from that everything was fine, don’t wanna make up the things.
