This isn’t a 5 start hotel in any way . The installations aren’t good for a 5 start hotel . Flooring at comunal areas appeared as it was no cleaned properly (probably the material made it dirty looking ) , no one to help you with luggage , got to park the car at a very small parking to then step up some exterior stairs to be able to get to the recepción /lobby . Doesn’t even feel right , having to lift that heavy luggage up those stairs and especially when I was wearing heals . The hotel is extremely small , the pool areas are also small and at times no place where to place a towel to enjoy the sun . There is no Hairdreser which I found it bizarre mainly because I never booked a hotel before with a spa but no hairdresser . Room services is limited and poor , no many choices , we asked for an ice cream and the order was rejected as only the food at the menu was available (4 different dishes in total ) . Skirting board were not painted property giving an odd appearance, an appearance as if the hotel was no well looked after . Humidity can be seen at some walls , especially corridors . The staff try their best to be polite and helpful but you can tell are people who hasn’t been trained to deal with a 5 start service . The breakfast is ok but nothing especial . The area where the hotel is at isn’t a great place, full of old and dirty buildings around , area look deprived , old and dirty . I was hobbestky amazed to see some good reviews posted for this hotel , it could do a good 4 starts hotel but definitely doesn’t provide services good enough for a 5 start one .
