Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly mixed. Many guests appreciate the beautiful gardens, traditional decor, and tranquil setting outside Marrakech. Some highlight spacious and clean rooms, a lovely pool, and helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, lack of amenities, maintenance issues, and the high cost of food and transfers. Breakfast is often described as basic, and the location, while peaceful, is far from the city center, making transport inconvenient and expensive. Cleanliness and comfort vary between rooms. Overall, while the property has charm and potential, inconsistent service and facilities detract from the experience.
