Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptional service, highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Majid and Amina. The location is frequently described as central and convenient for exploring the city, though a few guests mention that the hotel can be difficult to find. Cleanliness, atmosphere, and comfort receive positive remarks, with many guests enjoying the tranquil environment. However, a recurring negative is the unreliable and slow wifi, which several guests found frustrating. Overall, the positive experiences with staff and location outweigh the minor drawbacks.
