It was super nice to wake up and not have to drive far to get to the trails. Excellent location.
Just a very run down hotel. But it suffices if you are just looking for a place to crash that isn’t your car. Still, 230 bucks is pretty steep... but I’m guessing that’s normal pricing for Mammoth.
Pleasant staff; good location; free parking; nice shower; good-sized fridge.
Loud air-conditioner made sleep difficult. Room seemed to be mid renovation. Hotel was generally careworn.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, location is great, near ski resort and stores, plus the breakfast was included and pretty good.
great location and value
hot tub opens at 3pm
Not much good about it. I guess the bed linens even though mine was stained and ripped seemed to be clean.
Walls were so thin you could here EVERYTHING on both sides and hallway. Musty smell. No air conditioner or elevator. Additional hidden charges after arrival. Not worth the price.
The front desk was polite and helpful and the location was close to restaurants. There was a small kitchenette with paper towels and some plates. The breakfast room was lovely.
The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything around you. The toilet flush upstairs was very loud and the outer door slam was also loud. The room had a damp odor.
Wonderful staff. Very helpful and kind. Clean bedrooms. Kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave in bedroom. New TVs. Bathroom has large vanity outside of it. Eco-friendly & organic soap (Ginger Tea w/ Oats... freakin nice) wasn't a bad touch. More than enough towels. Warm. All you need after a long day on the slopes. SUPER CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO WALK TO OLD MAMMOTH ROAD AND BLACK VELVET COFFE...
I thought it could be updated – but a remodel is a large undertaking, so no complaints here. Shower faucets could be higher – don't fit anyone over 6' tall.Read more
