In a competitive market like Macau, the Four Seasons rises above the others through their amazing staff and service level. Having said that, they have beautiful facilities and super comfortable rooms but what has left us with such a wonderful impression is the friendliness and professionalism shown by all the staff we encountered during our 1 night stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an assortment of juices and smoothies as well as sparkling wine for those imbibing. The hotel had 5 pools all with different temperatures catering to each person’s tolerance to cold water - which in my case was very low. The spa had a jacuzzi, sauna and a misting shower which was very refreshing. All in all, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more. I wish we could remember all the staff’s names who served us but a big thank you to Apple, Spencer, Carmen, Sng for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will be back!
