1. Staffs are very helpful and truly taking guests as the first consideration. 2. Night turn down service that can be matched to the luxury hotel standard is extremely good considering the hotel’s very competitive price. When you are back you would find before bed deserts, water, lights etc ready. 3. In room breakfast can offer a rich choice s. 4. Hotel has done a magnificent work in terms of communications on main social chat tools. You can get very quick reply in such apps by consulting their online staff. 5. Location is good. Very close to the Venetians, the parisian and the Sands by less than ten minutes walk. You can stay here enjoying the peace yet keeping easy reach to other famous casinos. The hotel itself owns a casino inside the building too. 6. I will definitely choose this hotel as the only option in Macau in the future.

This hotel and its staff are exceptional. We booked a premier room with our two young children. We had a late check in and when we entered our room, there were fresh fruits and donuts waiting for us. With toddler slippers, towels, toothbrushes and a baby bath robe! What surprised us even more was the staff had installed bumper corners on sharp edges to prevent my children from getting hurt. This itself showed how attentive its staff are to their individual clients needs. Service has been amazing throughout, and their breakfast buffet is delicious! Lastly- we left our watch in the rooms safe and we didn’t realise until we were back in Hong Kong. I contacted staff immediately thinking it’s probably the end of it. But no, staff got back to me that they had found my watch! Not only are they prompt, their staff were very honest. They arranged for the watch to be sent back to my address in hk and I’ve received it back within 5 days in original condition! Great job Nuwa! We are so pleased with our stay at your hotel we cannot wait to be back for another staycation! Thank you thank you to all the staff there

The property is modern, comfortable and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The staff (reception, concierge and room staff included) was all friendly and eager to help. We were very happy to stay at this hotel.
