Pros (+) Check in was easy. They provided extra soap and shampoo quickly when asked. Computer available for use.
Cons (-) Breakfast offerings were exact same everyday. They shut it down promptly at 9 AM so don't be late. Pool was pretty cloudy and heavy chlorine.

Cons (-) It's not the crystal inn anymore. It's la Quinta . I got a pre check in the day before (June 25) for the two rooms I reserved and paid for in March. I did not pre check in but when I arrived on June 27 they only had 2 room on record. They did find a better room for me and gave me keys. I had to be somewhere so I left a key at the desk for later arriving people in my party. The room was actually oc...

Cons (-) They were in the middle of a remodel. Hammers drill bits circular saws gas cans ladders paint and epoxies everywhere and unattended by whoever was using them. I complained and was told that they don't care. Wonderful experience in customer satisfaction. Call before you book to make sure the remodel is complete.

Pros (+) The staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Cons (-) Lots of construction and mess in hallways and lobby (not rooms) with the remodel. The staff dealt with it very well. I do wish the rate were a bit lower because of the construction.
