Room and pool
Yes I was charged an upgrade fee and never told there would be one. Ended up paying more on a room that was what I book to begin with !
The rooms are nice for business travel.
Construction and noisy neighbor. Asked to have the music turned down by security (Techno Music reverberating off patio walls). They didn't do it. 4AM slamming on the 11th floor from construction workers. Had to switch rooms, which they were accommodating.
