The standout attribute is the friendliness of the staff, it’s also a quiet, attractive location with a relatively (say compared to the Westin next door) small number of guests, particularly this time of year. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but inconsequential compared to the strengths.

Pros (+) Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone always so friendly. Meals were a good size. Pantai Grill could have more options, but still good food.
