Cons:It was hard to find the entrance
Pros:Location is good, very close to Kyoto station.
Cons:The staff is not willing to help you. We wanted to make a reservation at a restaurant and the staff was not willing to call the restaurant on our behalf. The first room was tiny, you couldn't even move. We had to upgrade and we got just a little more space. Very claustrophobic. Mold in the tiny bathroom.
Pros:Overall the Hotel was clean and the staff was polite and professional. It's located close to Kyoto station, a restaurant, and was fairly quiet. There were cafes near the station and Eco Trip Bikes was just around the corner. My room was perfect for just being a tourist.
Cons:They only had one laundry machine and dryer so you usually have to wait. My room was a little stuffy before turning on the air con unit, not sure why they don't leave a window open to circulate air. My bedroom view was basically the wall of the next building. These are all minor complaints though and if your a tourist your going to be outside anyway.
