Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the airport and appreciate the free shuttle service, which is especially convenient for early flights. Many reviewers highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as issues with pests. The pool is frequently described as unclean or in disrepair. Some guests find the hotel to be a good value for the price, especially for short stays or transit, but overall maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
