Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near Chinatown, public transport, and local attractions. Many found the value for money to be excellent, especially for budget travelers. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback: some guests noted improvements under new management and described rooms as clean, while others reported issues with dirty linens and slow responses from staff. The service is generally described as friendly but inconsistent. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its convenience, affordability, and accessibility, though some aspects could be improved.
