Pros (+) Clean, friendly staff
Cons (-) I wanted to watch a programme on itv. The TV reception/signal was terrible could not watch without interference throughout, asked staff to address the problem, to which they fiddled around with the tv, said it should be better and left, it was exactly the same problem. Noise/loud music from a nearby venue from 8pm till late approx 12, glad i had my earplugs.
