Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near Kaohsiung Station and convenient access to public transport and shops. While some appreciate the friendly staff and value for money, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and noise from both inside and outside the hotel. Service experiences vary, with some staff described as helpful and others as unfriendly. Noise and maintenance problems, such as thin walls and malfunctioning elevators, are notable concerns. Overall, the hotel is seen as budget-friendly with a prime location, but comfort and service can be inconsistent.
