Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Taksim Square and local amenities. Some reviewers found the hotel to offer good value for the price. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of indifferent or rude staff and unhelpful reception. A few guests also mentioned issues with bed comfort. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
