Pros (+) The staff was friendly, very helpful, and we enjoyed them very much. The rooms were well stocked, and had all the necessities.
Cons (-) The location. This felt like we had landed in a very seedy part of London, which wasn't reflected in the online ad. We had to walk about 6 blocks from parking to hotel, and the area felt unsafe at night, with men in the streets urinating. Not a place I will return to. The bed was small and VERY hard. Probably one of the most uncomfortable stays I've ever had at a Best Western.

Pros (+) It was included which can be rare in the UK. It was more than just a continental breakfast. There were actual cooks who were making meals in request including eggs, sausage, hash browns, and beans. Plenty of different juices and teas.
