Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near transport links, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including reports of ants and insufficient housekeeping. While several found the beds and rooms comfortable, others noted problems with room temperature and noise from outside. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its accessibility and service, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
