Cons (-) This hotel needs some serious assistance in the staffing and morale department. There was only one person running around like crazy to check in a large group of folks arriving. The clean rooms were not updated in thw system and each room had to be personally viewed by him to know if the room was ready. There has to be a better way of doing business.
