Pros (+) In the heart of bustling old Hanoi. Basically backpacker accommodation but with deluxe rooms. WiFi of course. Very congenial, helpful staff, also with planning & arranging excursions. It's a place to which I'll return when in Hanoi.
Cons (-) Weak water flow in higher upstairs sink (managed a workaround pretty easily), otherwise no problems.
