Cons (-) Old facilities. I reserved a double room over a year ago for a college graduation. When I arrived they gave me a single because they said that’s all they had. Nothing else available. Room was WAY overpriced and was twice as much as other trips. Smelled like old cigarette smoke and we often smelled food being cooked from somewhere coming through the vents.

Pros (+) The hotel had a good location and the main parts were clean and well run. The manager was very nice about the dirty room and gave me credit.
Cons (-) My room was dirty on the floor, carpet dirty and when I dropped something onto the floor, I came back with other peoples trash under the dust ruffle. The bathroom had something nasty dripped on the floor.

Pros (+) My family and I stayed there for two days to attend my brother graduation from Residency, and we like this place lot: peaceful, cheaper price compare to other hotels within, friendly staffs, great location for us, nice breakfast, etc

Pros (+) The woman at the front desk was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were extremely nice. The breakfast and free wifi and free parking were fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about this place. 10/10 would recommend.

Cons (-) The walls are paper thin - we heard everything in the room next to us. A lot of college kids were staying there and it was noisy in the halls.

Pros (+) It was extremely affordable, friendly and clean.
Cons (-) The exercise room had only one working machine, a treadmill. The rooms had no soundproofing. I woke up every morning to my neighbors' alarm clock.
