Pros (+) Excellent location. Just about everything is within walking distance, and the stuff that isn't is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Friendly and helpful staff. Any problems I had were resolved quickly. They keep this old motel clean and well run.
Cons (-) There was only one open power outlet in the room. Not a big deal unless you have multiple things that need charging at the same time.

Pros (+) I've been staying here for several trips and it's a great value. It's close to downtown and the battlefield. Great location.

Pros (+) Great location, excellent rates, friendly staff. So close to everything. We parked when we checked in and didn't need to use our vehicle for another thing till we left. Able to walk to the square, the battlefields, the visitor's center.
Cons (-) Not much to not like... The only thing that was slightly misleading was the "continental breakfast" was simply coffee and cheap prepackaged danishes. But that was honestly the only downside to our little getaway.

Pros (+) This is not a five star motel, nor is it advertising itself as one. But, it was a comfortable room. And, it is an easy bike ride to the Gettysburg Battlefield Park, and walking distance to many of the town's gift shops, tourist spots and restaurants. Also, likely the most affordable hotel in town. If you are in Gettysburg to take in the history, as I was, it's the way to go.
Cons (-) The bed and linens could use updating. They are pretty frugal with the toiletries. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee is available in the lobby. Really, just the bare essentials, but expected for the price.

Cons (-) the room was dirty, the chairs were broken (BOTH of them) the bathroom was filthy. There were cockroaches in the overhead lamp in the bathroom, The towel rack in the bathroom was broken . It was a horrible experience,
