Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to the train station and city center, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, noting warm welcomes and attentive service. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms and bathrooms generally found to be tidy. However, some guests were disappointed by the comfort of the beds and the size of certain rooms, and a few experienced issues with amenities or customer service. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, particularly for short stays.AI-generated from customer reviews
