Bed was comfortable. Location was great!
My room was not ready when promise. The person at desk explained she could only give me a economy room. After going to room late my wife and I tried taking a nap before dinner, I was over the gym. The staff first response was the gym closes at 10:00. They next room they gave us had stains on carpet and window frosted so yo can’t look out. Lobby was nice but I stay here many times and seemed run down.
Close proximity to city center. The lobby was clean and well-lighted.
Reservation was for a king-bed, "bay view" room. The first room we were given had a view of the lobby, and was a handicap access room. We asked for a different room, and were given one with all of the windows painted over and no air-conditioning (the room details said it was air-conditioned). It was very hot in the room, and the window would only open about 6 inches. Not what I expect from Radisson...
I liked the sense of luxury in a well-appointed hotel near city centre. Also enjoyed the piano bar !
Very comfortable and great location
The lifts were being worked on and it disrupted the reception area greatly.
My stay was relaxing and was close to city centre
The attentiveness of the staff, all requests were catered for without issue
The hotel is beautifull and the room is very clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows are perfect!! The first dinner was excellent, the second was not so...but it happens! The internet is free, which is a good difference for us. The location is good, not at city center, but close enough to go walking. Our stay was very pleasant. I recommend the hotel.
No complains.
Friendly staff, great facilities, well furnished rooms in a great location.
No bar food available before 3pm in the bar. Had to go elsewhere to get bar food.
it was a very relaxing hotel
location, although only mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the city it is so relaxing,as if set on a country estate.
upon arrival at the desk one member of staff just looked me up and down, then walked away as i was about to say hello while making eye contact,at this point a very helpfull guy with glasses welcomed us ,had a bit of a chat and booked us in,while sharing a joke with my son which made up for his senior member of staff.this is only a small matter in what was a perfect stay
the service and the luxury of the hotel

At all times when walking down the corridors between the rooms there were black bags full of unwashed bedding. Even late at night. One evening we went to our room at 6 in the evening and it hadn't been cleaned. I saw a wall mains socket that had been pulled out of the wall in the corridor exposing mains electricity. Waitress staff late in coming with the coffee orders in the morning. Mains power cut when we were there not allowing a cooked breakfast in the morning. Why no back- up generator. Our room overlooked a housing estate and a small courtyard within the hotel complex that had astro-turf laid that was torn and shabby.
