Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to shopping centers, hospitals, and highways. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including reports of roaches and general lack of housekeeping. Bed comfort is a common complaint, with several guests finding the mattresses hard or uncomfortable. Service is frequently criticized, with reports of rude staff, reservation problems, and lack of responsiveness to guest needs. The breakfast offering is also disappointing to many, with some guests noting that only coffee is provided despite advertisements. Overall, while the location is a strong point, other aspects of the hotel experience fall short for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
