Pros (+) then who cares about the others
Cons (-) the mattresses of the beds and the staff of the reception needs training.
Pros (+) The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent! The resort is located near a gorgeous beach and Port Lucaya is a two minute walk away from the main entrance.
Cons (-) The housekeepers forgot to replace our wash towels twice during our brief stay. The queue for checkout was ridiculously long. When I finally got to the front the front desk agent took thirty seconds with me. I would expect more efficient service for the price.
Pros (+) View from 9th floor ocean view room was beautiful. Resort is quite big and didn't feel overcrowded. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Additional perks (complementary snack and drinks each evening) for guests staying on 9th and 10th floor we're great and increased feel of luxury.
Pros (+) The room was large and airy. Well appointed. Terrace was large and had nice views of ocean and land. Staff was friendly and helpfull, attentive. Good value.
Cons (-) Bathroom needs updating. After a heavy storm water was coming in through the ceiling light in the shower. Not good. Otherwise, the room was great.
