Excellent facilities and kitchen. Personel are very helpful and friendly. Next trip to Fortaleza we will surely stay here again! Rooms are comfortable and the view on rhe seaside is spectacular.

The breakfast and the staff was friendly.
The facility was awful. Mold was all over the room, we asked to change rooms, but after seeing 6 other rooms with the same problem, we decided to stay in the room we were in the first place. Since we could not get our money back. There were a lot of flies in the bathroom, those little butterflies shaped flies that appear when there is humidity in a room. Really awful. This is not a 5 star hotel, but more like a 3 star. Sorry!

Location, that all.
Location: The location is good, however there are having some renovations around the beach area in front of this hotel. So a lot of dust when it's dry and a lot of mud when it rains. Room: The room I stayed on the second floor had no sea view, and a lot of noise due to the unit's air conditioning. Cleaning: Although the unit is cleaned daily, there are some permanent marks in the bathroom, be it from mud or rust. Lift: old and slow lift. Roof top area: good view but old and bad maintenance on pool and tub. Overall Everything is old and not updated, it can not be sold as 5 star as used to be decades ago.

Rooms are big and comfortable. It was very clean and breakfast was really good. You can get fresh tapioca plus there were lot of options of other food. It's not the top breakfast like in 5 star hotels on Tenerife but it is good enough.
There were no stairs, just emergency ones that end in a kitchen on the ground floor. We were on 4th floor and i like to use stairs when on lower floor. This hotel is over 20 floors so sometimes takes more than 5minutes for elevator to arrive plus it's often super crowded. Also, no AC in elevator and hallways so it get little too hot and claustrophobic.
