Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and accessing public transport. The service, especially at reception, was frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the lack of an elevator, which made access difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Some also mentioned small rooms and occasional unpleasant odors, but overall, the positive aspects of location and staff stood out.
