Pros (+) The hotel is perfectly situated and quiet, and our room was well fitted. Steve at the front desk was awesome. He was very helpful. He made sure everything from the hotel and parking was well sorted. Further, amazing knowledge of Portugal, places to learn, and bits of detailed history. Cons (-) The only drawback was the climate control – the air con in our room was inconsistent. It was a known issue to the staff, probably specific to the room I’m sure, and hopefully on the maintenance list. Wouldn’t keep us from staying or recommending in the future.
