Reservation made through kayak and traveluro. Traveluro is the worst company I've EVER dealt with----unavailable, unresponsive, uncommunicative, impossible to reach. Needed to change reservation and they wouldn't respond. Hotel agreed that they are the worst. Hotel bathroom wasn't clean, chips in paint, poor lighting, toilet old. Bed very comfortable. Really nice motel option - short walk to Hayward Field and Autzen stadium - we had a nice time. The breakfast is great, eggs, bacon, pancakes etc in a very clean dining room. The motel also offers a pool, sauna and workout room. Walkable to campus and some local restaurants. Cons (-) We called a head to make sure the pool, spa and fitness would be open and upon arrival the disappointment that they where all unavailable put a dampener on the experience. Not worth over $100 a night

Pros (+) Generally have good luck with Best Western. Outside of motel looked fine. Old style, but well maintained.
Cons (-) Room had an overwhelming smell of cleaner/bleach when we arrived. Several hours with the window wide open and fan running resolved it. But then the dog odor became noticeable. Carpet seemed dirty. Dirty light switches. Bathroom and bedding were clean. Only toiletry items were soap and make-up remover pads. No shampoo or lotion.

Pros (+) This was the perfect spot for visiting the University of Oregon. We could just walk across the street and we were there.
