OkaySep 20195.4
The staff really tries to accommodate all requests. Common spaces are well put together.
They're not forthcoming about their rooms--many are old, dirty, out of date and some stuck in the basement with no view (and you won't be alerted to this in advance). The bathrooms lack any charm and the linens were stained in some cases. The menu is OK--but very limited.

Dinner was very good
Bed was uncomfortably hard

Good breakfast, great bed
Need more shower gel. One is simply not enough for two people to have baths and showers. I find this issue in almost every 5 star hotel. So easy to remedy! But looks meagre.
