Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for city access and nightlife. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though some had negative experiences with certain staff members. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests describing rooms as dirty or poorly maintained. Noise from nearby bars and the street was a major concern, affecting sleep quality for many. Bed comfort and room size also received criticism, with some finding beds uncomfortable and rooms small. Overall, while the location and some staff were highlights, cleanliness, noise, and comfort need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
