Some challenging surprises!
Location was convenient and non-room facilities and restaurant were quite nice.
We we reserved and were sold “an executive king” with a view and upon arrival were told no such accommodation exists (caution!). in fact, our executive king was actually a quite small king room, with a view of parking lot and busy street and no air conditioning. It turns out that is situation with many of the hotel’s rooms. The only way to get ventilation is to open a window which gives you much highway noise. Not at all a restful setting.
Checkout time of 12. Friendly staff. Convenient location (close to city center and airport):
No air conditioning made sleeping difficult a few nights. The double room had 3 beds (two doubles and one queen) instead of two queens. No couch or armchairs in the room.
Helpful, friendly staff at both the front desk and bar/restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms with nice amenities. Location was easy to get to and easy to get to the airport the next day.
Carpeting in room had a few stains, and the cart for dirty room service dishes outside the elevator a bit tacky.
service was wonderful--staff very attentive and helpful room was very comfortable.
wifi was not reliable. This made it difficult to conduct business
I loved the restaurant they had. Best steak ever. Everybody at the restaurant where super nice and friendly same as the hotel.
the room was excellent! the bed was so soft and comfortable! also the hotel staff was so helpful and very nice! it was a great experience all around!!!!
nothing the food was awful had to send back my meal turkey dinner the manager in fairness to him did not charge me for it the potatoes were awful not creamed the rost potato was hard and the vegg was either off or dirty i asked for a disabled room!! i got a room on the 3rd floor with no disabled bathroom or any facilities
i would not recomend it for disabled people 3rd floor is not disabled and no bathroom facilities in theroom for disabled people
Peace & quiet
I had the same room as in pictures, clean, nice, just excellent. The location is perfect. Close to the airport (20 min by bus 16a) and very close to the city center (10 min by any bus). Bus stop is next to the hotel. In the neighbourhood are Tesco, a Thai restaurant (very good and not expensive), kiosk, Croke Park. This is the best place to stay in Dublin.
valuable price for money, longer walking distance to the city centre
We stayed in a very comportable room, it was newly decorated and very clean, all the staff were very friendly and professional and the food was very good.
How relax everyone was and how friendly the staff where
some rooms e.g. single could do with a make over
exellent hotel.handy for public transport busstop right outside.
We were in a newly refurbished room, very big and clean.
