Pros:
Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons:
Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.

We wanted to make the best of a long layover in Dublin so we chose this hotel. It was the perfect choice. It's about 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from Dublin's Temple Bar area. The hotel is clean, modern, and updated.

Pros:
The fixtures are very nice and the site is clean

The hotel schedules loud parties that continue into the wee hours (1:30am) while a dozen or so rooms are directly above the disco. This is not acceptable. Stay away.

Pros:
Loved the hotel. Started with the amazing front desk staff , Milli, was her name. She was the most accommodating person ever and was sure to take care of us immediately. Give that girl a raise! A convenient shuttle bus from the airport was also a nice touch, especially for free. We loved our nice and spacious room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin, especially if they want to be close to the airport.

Pros:
The premium rooms are extremely nice.
Cons:
The standard rooms are dismal at best. We stayed the first night in a premium room that we had paid for, but the second night was complimentary through the airline carrier. At which time we were put in a standard room. It was like starting at the Hilton then being down graded to the red roof inn.

Pros:
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
Cons:
We stayed here for one night on Thursday 2 November 2017. The shuttle bus stance 16 is one of the furthest from the terminal building. It is approximately a 10 minute journey but can take longer depending on traffic and time of day. At check in the receptionist was efficient but her appearance was poor giving rise to concerns about standards in the hotel. We found the atmosphere in our room oppressive; despite the air conditioning there was no humidity at all. We tried opening the window but it was too noisy due to the hotel's engineering system. We were forced to try again later but then found that the locking mechanism on the window jammed and the night staff could not fix the issue at 3.30am so we had to put up with the noise for the rest of the night. As a result we got very little sleep. Despite the member of the night staff saying that he would report the issue, the receptionist had no record of it at check out but promised to investigate. Two days later I have heard nothing from the hotel and no offer of compensation against the prepaid charges. On the return to the airport the standing room only bus departure was delayed 15 minutes due to a driver change over with the bus engine left running. This is a very busy hotel 10 minutes from Dublin Aiport using the hotel's shuttle bus which theoretically runs every 20 minutes. The hotel is isolated at an island off the motorway so you have no alternative for food other than the hotel's own coffee shop, bar and restaurant; and prices! The bath towels were very thin. There was a hole in the bathroom sink which they had unsuccessfully attempted to cover with silicone. If I was overnighting at Dublin Airport again I would look for an alternative closer to the airport.

Pros:
The courtesy of staff The promptness of my getting my room The efficiency of the shuttle bus service and the willingness of the drivers to help load/unload luggage The cleanliness and comfort of the room

The one thing I intensely disliked was the €7.50 tray charge for room service, I thought it was excessive and money-grabbing. I realise there is a cost involved in providing room service, but would have thought this was probably absorbed in the room charge.

Pros:

Pros:
The hotel is what one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express or similar hotel. Nothing special or fancy about this hotel. Staff isn't overly helpful or even friendly.
Cons:
Don't even try going downstairs to get food at a normal dinner time, you will wait forever and that is even if you are lucky enough to be able to find a seat. You can't order room service because the actual menu with menu choices isn't available until after 11 p.m. Window will open but don't expect to sleep because you are right next to a busy road. The road noise alone is enough to make you go crazy!

Cons:
Only down part of the entire stay was the room service. It wasn't so horrible that we wouldn't return, but 22£ for a Caesar salad that had almost no dressing on it was a bit much. The dressing also tasted just like it was a little mayo spread under a few lettuce leaves. Again. Not the worst hotel room service ever imaginable, but enough that I spent 35% of what I spent to rent the room for a salad we didn't eat. The only negative in an otherwise spotless stay.
