Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and professional service, beautiful location, and satisfying breakfast. However, a major recurring complaint is the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, which significantly impacted comfort for many. Cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets, and some dissatisfaction with amenities and restaurant service were also noted. Overall, the positive atmosphere and attentive staff are frequently highlighted, but improvements in amenities and cleanliness are desired.
