Pros: Excellent location. Breakfast room and balcany offer excellent views. Staff super friendly. Breakfast a bit boring. Same bun and eggs each day. Maybe vary the type of bun each morning??
Cons: the doorbell echoes throughtout the building and late night arrivals would wake us up. A room away from the courtyard may eliminate this

Cons: Didn't get clean towels and enough toilet paper every dad . Otherwise clean . Staff friendly and helpful

Pros: Was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, great view from balcony. Everything within walking distance. Wonderful staff, took great care of us.
Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe change the shower head, it sprayed a little crazy. Haha
Pros: The hostel is located in the center of the city and has a very nice view of Río Tomebamba. I really liked the balcony to which we had access from our room.
Cons: I forgot my phone charger in the room after checkout, went back to pick it up at night before going to the airport and the charger was not there. Nobody had seen it...

Cons: We were not warned that there was construction going on within the hotel ....... actually in the rooms over our head. The staff assured us that they did not start work until after 10 am, but in fact ...
