Pros (+) The view from our balcony was amazing! Our sheets and towels were clean. We were kept awake by a tarp outside our room, and the staff did try to make that right. I appreciated them for all they did.
Cons (-) I should have listened to other reviews... I don't expect much from a hotel outside of cleanliness. We have stayed as a family at some less than fancy hotels and been satisfied because they were clean. The lobby was clean. Our sheets and towels were clean, but other areas of the hotel and our room were not. Floors, Pool, guestbook, and room seating were unvacuumed, visibly dirty, and stained. We e...

Pros (+) Loved the location and views. Bartender made perfect drinks. Had a great burger in the restaurant!
Cons (-) Dirty pillow cases. Free bfast was cold. The place needs a face lift. Most of the staff don’t even acknowledge your presence. So much potential here but it appears to be run poorly or is lacking leadership and a want to deliver a world class experience. Did it meet my basic expectations? Almost. A couple small changes and my visit would have been drastically different.

Pros (+) Beautiful location and views.
Cons (-) The sound proofing is almost non-existent. The bed was very hard. The room was clean, but the carpet on the stairway looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in months.

Cons (-) I was nearing the end of a12 day, 23 state Road trip with my wife and 2 young daughters in January 2017 and looking to experience the red wood forest...now for the worst experience I have ever had.. Cons (-) Rooms were Dirty used bandaid with blood on floor in bathroom in first room someone else's clothes in drawers of second room. Restaruant was expensive and terrible mostly frozen entrees heated up. Front desk staff not allowed to recommend other restaurants in the area. Looks on doors did not work.

Pros (+) The room was vary nice and comfortable, it had a great view of the ocean with a balcony. Bathroom had a one person jet tub that was nice. There were a few signs of repair in the hallways and some in our room but over all a vary nice hotel. This hotel was vary dog friendly and I saw many guests with there dogs. They had a nice restaurant with good food you could bring to room and eat if you like.
Cons (-) Some signs of repair and restoration in the halls and bathroom.

Cons (-) $50 pet fee. Rooms say oceanfront but they arent. They are parking lot view. Misleading and hotel makes no accomodations for their errors.
