Cons (-) Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke Door to outside did not lock Leaking machine(s) left soggy patch of carpet in hallway - took a day for staff to mark the spot with a sign
Pros (+) My fiancé had a medical emergency. Hotel staff bent over backwards to accommodate his changing needs. The common areas and our room were emaculate. The bed was amazing. So clean and so comfortable! And our room had a ton of electrical outlets and cell phone chargers.
Cons (-) The only thing I would change would be the height of the bed. I'm just under 5' 3", and I had to hop up a little in order to get onto the bed.
