Windshield and front of van covered with bugs. No walk around of 1st van not done. Right side inaccessible as parked, so I pulled back, parked and walked around and found dent in door. Called office and were unaware. Documented and told that they probably would have blamed me, had I not said anything. Driving van and unable to secure back latch on door, returned and exchanged for second van. 102 degrees and a/c barely works. Makes it tolerable but not functioning like first vanCons:

First of all the HUGE damage waver fee. Higher than the rental price. Plus 20% fees in a drop off. Plus was charged for extra hour 6% of all the amount. In the end Ive payed 125% more then I expected. In addition the representatives are not friendly. It was looks like they were happy to charge extra.2.0 Poor
