Pros (+) The staff are really great, it's in a great location for shopping, clean and comfortable. Will stay again!! .
Pros (+) Central location, nice inside with some welcoming features. Room service breakfast was worth the tray charge.
Cons (-) Room was small, kind of what I'd expect in central London, with nowhere to put our trays for the breakfast in the room.
