Pros (+) Room was nice and clean when I first arrived. Check-in and out was easy. During the day parking was good. And the hotel is right next to Knott's Berry Farm, Soak city, the Buena Park Mall, and just a 5 minute drive from Disney. Definitely a great price for the area and good hotel.
Cons (-) Parking got filled up at night, had to park in the back. the view wasn't anything special, it was of a dirt lot and cruddy rundown store. Maid service never came to clean the room or change the bed. We could hear everything in the room next to us at 5am. Including the persons cell phone ring, there conversation, and fighting.
