Pros (+) Staff was hospitable and stay was enjoyable. No complaints.
Pros (+) We had a nice stay here. Very clean. Very beautiful. Nice amenities.
Cons (-) Only problem was our room was above the pool and it was so loud up until 11pm with people in it. So if you go to bed early or need to get up early - avoid a room in this area.
Pros (+) The lobby was modern
Cons (-) The beds were uncomfortable and I woke up with a lot of back pain. My room was 10ft from the ice machine so noise was all night and day. Someone was slamming their door causing my wall to shake noticeably everytime it happened. My room was not ready to check in when I arrived. Desk staff was not friendly.
Pros (+) Staff was very kind and made me feel welcome. I was away for a conference during much of my stay, but for the most part it was a good hotel experience while I was there.
Pros (+) The staff could not have been nicer, the room was updated and clean, and the bar served great craft local beer.
