Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location, which is convenient for exploring local attractions, the harbor, and downtown. Many also appreciate the pool, especially families with children. However, there are mixed reviews about service, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or abrupt service. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few mention issues like lingering smells or missed details. Value for price is a common concern, with several guests noting high fees for amenities such as parking, WiFi, and unexpected charges. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset.

Gayle, Sept 2017
Pros (+) Hotel is next to all the boats that cruise the harbor, harbor islands and to to Provincetown - also next to Aquarium, near Faneuil Hall and North End.
Cons (-) Expensive, 'harbor' rooms don't have good view of harbor - they are on the side of the hotel.
