Summary of reviews
Guests say
The reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the breakfast, though opinions on the breakfast varied, with some finding it standard or lacking variety. The location is convenient for some, especially for access to city sites, but others felt the neighborhood was unsafe or not ideal for walking at night. Cleanliness received neutral feedback, with some complaints about old towels or occasional issues, but also praise for daily cleaning. Service was a significant point of contention, with several guests reporting poor or unresponsive staff, while others highlighted friendly and helpful personnel. Overall, the hotel offers some positives, but there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in service and consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews
